Our Plan
Phase One
- Provide sports equipment from the UK to Mombasa for the Mombasa Olympic Youths sports programmes.
- Encourage suitably qualified coaches to volunteer (from the UK) to visit Mombasa and run coaching programmes.
Phase Two
- Establish a ‘sponsored school place’ programme for educating the street children after their ‘rehabilitation’.
- For some street children establish an ‘apprenticeship’ scheme for them to learn a trade.
- Assist ‘street children’ to find gainful employment.

Phase Three
- Build a refuge suitable to accommodate 35 – 50 street children.
- Fit-out refuse with all necessary equipment required.
- Hire local staff to run the refuge.
