  • Provide sports equipment from the UK to Mombasa for the Mombasa Olympic Youths sports programmes.
  • Encourage suitably qualified coaches to volunteer (from the UK) to visit Mombasa and run coaching programmes.

  • Establish a ‘sponsored school place’ programme for educating the street children after their  ‘rehabilitation’.
  • For some street children establish an ‘apprenticeship’ scheme for them to learn a trade.
  • Assist ‘street children’ to find gainful employment.

  • Build a refuge suitable to accommodate 35 – 50 street children.
  • Fit-out refuse with all necessary equipment required.
  • Hire local staff to run the refuge.
