Our Plan

Phase One

a) Provide sports equipment from the UK to Mombasa for the Mombasa Olympic Youths sports programmes.
b) Encourage suitably qualified coaches to volunteer (from the UK) to visit Mombasa and run coaching programmes.

Phase Two

a) Establish a ‘sponsored school place’ programme for educating the street children after their  ‘rehabilitation’.
b) For some street children establish an ‘apprenticeship’ scheme for them to learn a trade.
c) Assist ‘street children’ to find gainful employment.

Phase Three

a) Purchase (or build) a refuge suitable to accommodate 35 – 50 street children.
b) Fit-out refuse with all necessary equipment required.
c) Hire local staff to run the refuge.
